- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to input the correct spelling of names, schools dates, etc. UPS is our primary shipping company by default. Our packages are usually shipped ground unless otherwise stated and will arrive to you within 2 to 4 business days after shipping.
